One credit = one minute of phone time. A typical 10-minute screen costs 10 credits. Voicemails are charged by their actual length (usually 1–2 credits) and no-answers are free. You only pay for real time on the phone.

Do test calls cost credits?

Yes, but at half the rate of candidate calls — a typical 10-minute test against your own number costs about 5 credits. Test calls draw from the same balance as candidate calls, so there's no separate quota to track.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and include the new credit allowance. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can buy additional credit packs at any time, on any plan — including the free tier. Add-on credits never expire, and your candidates, transcripts, and scorecards remain accessible regardless of balance.

How long is a screening call?

Most screening calls are five to ten minutes. You control the length by adding or removing questions when setting up the role.

Do candidates know it's an AI?

Yes. The AI recruiter introduces itself as an automated screening assistant. It sounds natural and conversational, but never pretends to be human. Recording notice is given before each call.

Can I customize the AI voice?
