1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — account details, job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate contact information you upload. We also collect information generated by the service: call audio, transcripts, and scorecards.

2. How we use information

We use your information to place and conduct screening calls, generate transcripts and scorecards, provide the product, and improve its quality. We do not sell your data or your candidates’ data.

3. Candidate consent and notice

Before a call is placed, candidates receive notice that the call is conducted by an AI recruiter and may be recorded for the purposes of screening. Recording practices comply with applicable two-party consent laws.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with the subprocessors required to run the service (cloud hosting, telephony, speech processing, payments). A current list is available on request at privacy@ringrecruit.com.

5. Retention

Call recordings, transcripts, and candidate records are retained for the life of your account. Customers can request deletion of specific candidate records at any time. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@ringrecruit.com to exercise them.
